Role description
  • As an Associate and consistent with the Commission’s performance planning and management arrangements, flexibly undertake responsibilities associated with:
       - the administration/operation of a Member’s chambers, using Commission information technology and communications facilities and systems, particularly the Case Management System (Ready case).
       - formal preparation and publication to the website of listed matters, documents, orders and decisions as set out in Commission publishing guides.

  • Conducting Legal Research
  • Assisting with File management
  • Drafting correspondence, documents and court documents
  • Compiling briefs

  • Managing team task lists
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team 

Paralegal

Role description

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level administrative support, including diary, paper and electronic file management
  • Preparing correspondence and documents to a high standard, in addition to filing documents with the Court when required
  • Invoicing
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Liaise in a friendly and professional manner with all customer relations.
