Role description
  • Provide diary management, travel/accommodation arrangements, file and record management, coordination and completion of correspondence, email and telephone calls and management of databases.
  • Management of a range of social media platforms/accounts on behalf of the National Children’s Commissioner and Children’s Rights Team.
  • Liaising with senior representatives from government, parliament, civil society and business – as well as their assistants.
  • Provide budget support to the National Children’s Commissioner and Director Children Rights, including processing pape
