Tipstaff to The Honourable Justice Mark Richmond
The Honourable Justice Mark Richmond is seeking applications for the role of Tipstaff to his Honour from July 2026 for a period of either 12 or 18 months (which is subject to discussion). His Honour seeks to appoint Tipstaves who have experience working in a professional legal context, whether during or after the completion of their university studies.
Associate
- As an Associate and consistent with the Commission’s performance planning and management arrangements, flexibly undertake responsibilities associated with:
- the administration/operation of a Member’s chambers, using Commission information technology and communications facilities and systems, particularly the Case Management System (Ready case).
- formal preparation and publication to the website of listed matters, documents, orders and decisions as set out in Commission publishing guides.
Legal Assistant
We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Assistant who is eager to contribute across a variety of practice areas and enhance our team.
What your day will look like
- Conducting Legal Research
- Assisting with File management
- Drafting correspondence, documents and court documents
- Compiling briefs
- Arranging client and third party conferences
- Managing team task lists
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
Paralegal
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high level administrative support, including diary, paper and electronic file management
- Preparing correspondence and documents to a high standard, in addition to filing documents with the Court when required
- Invoicing
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Liaise in a friendly and professional manner with all customer relations.
