This role will:
• Facilitate study sessions for students by encouraging group discussions.
• Utilise pre-prepared materials provided on Teams site.
• Commit to the development and support of students by providing first-hand experience of study and skills required within Law.
• Require motivation to support students with their studies.
Legal Clerk
We currently have a position available for a Legal Clerk in our Debt Recovery practice area working out of our city office 3 days per week.
Legal Debt Recovery experience will be looked upon favourably however is not essential as we are open to providing training for the successful applicant who possesses the required competencies, the right attitude and a good work ethic.
You will work with fellow Legal Clerks and Paralegals in a close and collaborative team and enjoy a down to earth, professional but fun work environment.
Law Graduate
We are looking for law graduate (or a student finishing their degree this semester) to work full-time (or part-time if still a student, preferably 3 days per week), carrying out administration support (20%) as well as assisting the solicitors in a diverse number of client matters with planning and control of small to medium litigation matters (80%). Mars Legal conducts high volume of work; requiring the successful applicant to be independent, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organised and have the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.

We are looking for an applicant that can work part time (preferably 3 days per week), carrying out administration support (30%) as well as assisting the solicitors in a diverse number of client matters with planning and control of small to medium litigation matters (70%). Graduate Lawyer
Providing legal advice and strategy relating to contract administration, claims and dispute management. The role will also include contract drafting, legal research and advising on legal aspects of project delivery, liability and legal compliance.

Graduate Solicitor
We are looking for highly motivated law graduates who are looking to invest in their careers to become NSW Government’s most trusted legal advisors.
