Wills and Estates Lawyer /Law Graduate
Due to growth we are seeking to employ a Junior Lawyer to join our Wills and Estate team based in our Penrith office. We will also consider a Law Graduate who is due to be admitted in the next 12 months.

Paralegal - Criminal Law
This role involves supporting solicitors across a range of criminal defence matters from early preparation through to hearing and trial.
You will play a key role in ensuring matters are properly prepared for court and that procedural requirements and deadlines are met.

2026 Sydney Dive In Program
Dive In is an introductory program for students who are curious about commercial law and inspired by challenge. It’s designed to give you a genuine insight into life at Allens - how we think, how we work, and the standards we set for ourselves.
Through interactive workshops and conversations with our lawyers, you’ll explore different areas of practice, develop practical legal skills, and test your thinking on real‑world problems. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share perspectives and take initiative - because that’s how learning happens here.
Law Clerk
We’re looking for a Law Clerk to join our Estate Administration team and gain hands-on exposure to probate and estate matters.
Working closely with our lawyers, you’ll assist with legal documentation, file preparation and matter coordination while learning how probate and estate administration matters progress through the legal system.
This role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate who wants to build practical experience in wills and estates and develop a strong foundation in legal practice.
Practice Assistant
We’re looking for a Practice Assistant - Wills & Estates to support our lawyers across probate and estate administration matters.
This role is designed for someone early in their legal career who wants hands-on exposure to how estate matters move through the legal system - from client intake through to administration.
You’ll work closely with lawyers to support file management, client communication and legal documentation, ensuring matters progress smoothly and clients feel supported throughout what can be a complex and emotional process.
Paralegal/Law Clerk
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic paralegal/law clerk to join our team. Our ideal candidate would have at least two years' experience in a similar role or be a law student nearing the completion of their studies. Candidates must be well presented, diligent and committed to providing a high level of service to our clients.
The role would initially be 2-3 days per week with the potential to grow.

Paralegal
The in-house Legal team continuously strives to be a trusted adviser to the Iress business, by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing high quality legal advice. We bring a service oriented mindset to everything we do and all of our interactions.
As Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting the lawyers in the in-house Legal APAC Team with a variety of legal support work as instructed by the lawyers from time to time. You will also be supporting the Company Secretary with a range of corporate work.
Tipstaff/Associate to the Hon. Justice Richard Weinstein
A Tipstaff at the Supreme Court primarily undertakes legal research and proofreading, as well as providing general assistance both in court and in chambers. The Associate undertakes similar legal work while also managing chambers and providing administrative and executive support to the Judge.
Environmental Advocacy and Communications Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented law student or recent graduate who wants to support cutting-edge environmental advocacy.
The position is a part-time, unpaid internship. It will require a commitment of 10 hours per week for the duration of the internship. It will involve remote working and flexible hours.
Australian Clerkship 2026
Our three-week international clerkships are a fantastic opportunity for students in Australia who want to start their careers at Linklaters in London and gain an insight into the world of commercial law. Not only will you experience living and working in London, you’ll also interview for a Training Contract with us for a full-time role upon graduation. The Clerkship takes place in November – December each year. The firm will support you with your visa, as well as pay for your flights and accommodation during your time with us in London.
