We are looking to employ a Law Clerk, who is currently studying towards a completion of a Law Degree, that is passionate about helping clients to work from our Campbelltown office.

This is a part time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.00pm, between Monday and Friday and would suit someone who wants to take this role and master it.

The Role:

Paralegal

Role description

You'll work closely with our lawyers across motor vehicle accident (MVA), workers compensation (WC), and total and permanent disability (TPD) claims. You'll build strong legal writing skills, sharpen your judgment, and support real clients through meaningful work.

Administration Assistant (Voluntary)

Role description

The Welfare Rights Centre is looking for volunteers who can commit to 1x 4hr shift per week in an administration role for a minimum of 6 months.

Volunteers receive onsite training including an induction process and ongoing support and supervision.

Experienced front desk volunteers may be invited to move to other volunteer roles such as Intake Volunteer or Practical Legal Training Volunteer as those roles become available.

A volunteer will be eligible for a reference and/or a statement of service after volunteering for six months or more.
