Role description

If you are interested in seeking a position as a tipstaff to a Judge of the Land and Environment Court in 2027, the Judges of the Court are taking applications now.

Tipstaves and researchers provide a high level of legal research and administrative support to judges. The positions involve a substantial amount of court work, and also involve research, proofreading of judgments, summarising and preparing files for hearing, liaising with the Court registry and the profession, and performance of a variety of other tasks to facilitate the smooth running of chambers.

The Legal Technology Solutions group manages Corrs paralegals and is currently recruiting in the Sydney office for paralegals who are available to work at least four (full) business days a week on a casual basis.  Successful applicants will be placed on a register and called upon for future projects. We are seeking applicants who have either completed their legal studies, are in the final year of their law degree or undertaking practical legal training.
