Casual Paralegal

Role description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic law student with a keen interest in workplace relations law to work at least 2 shifts per week as a casual paralegal. The role will include providing support to solicitors at all levels with various tasks, including research, preparing for and attending Courts and Tribunals, preparing briefs, drafting correspondence, articles, briefing memos and court documents, and reviewing and collating client and other material. Paralegal

Role description

We’re looking for a smart, energetic paralegal who wants to get into technology and telecommunications law.

You’ll support the firm in office management, including help managing email traffic and general admin as well as day‑to‑day matter execution, including legal research and document drafting across technology and telecommunications transactions, privacy and data protection and corporate and commercial contracting.


This role is full time, Monday to Thursday in the office and WFH on Fridays.

We are looking for a law clerk/ paralegal to join our legal practice in the Sydney CBD, for 1-2 days per week.

Our firm specialises in personal injury law.

Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing and summarising documents
  • Preparing draft pleadings

Role description

Applications are invited for the positions of Tipstaff and Associate to the Vice President of the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, the Honourable Justice David Chin.

The primary role of the Tipstaff is assisting the Vice President with hearings, proofreading judgments, conducting legal research and drafting speeches. The Tipstaff also performs a range of other court-related duties in chambers, assisting the Associate with administrative duties, and assisting with some social functions as well as spending a substantial amount of time in court.

Summer Clerkship Program

Role description

Each year, we welcome a select group of law students from various jurisdictions around the world to participate in our Summer Clerkship Program. This 8-week program, running from June to August, offers participants valuable exposure to our diverse practice groups and a unique opportunity to experience life at a leading Korean law firm.

The program is open to current law students enrolled in law schools outside of Korea. Please note that students graduating prior to the start of the program are not eligible to apply.
