Key Responsibilities:

Law Clerk

Role description
  • General administrative tasks including reception, client communication, calendar management, handling mail, invoicing, and office upkeep.
  • Assisting lawyers with legal tasks including research across legal sources, and drafting/reviewing legal documents.
  • Safe custody and document management including organising, filing, and maintaining original documents, and creating case files, both in physical and electronic formats for efficient record-keeping.

Paralegal

Role description

An excellent opportunity exists for two positions to join our firm as a new paralegal.

We are looking for law students in their third, penultimate or final year of their university studies. Candidates must be available to work at least two days per week and must have full day availability on at least one of the following days: Monday, Tuesday or Friday.

2026 Internship – Law Clerk

Role description

The Internship is a paid four-week (or equivalent) casual placement. Interns usually start with us between May and August (depending on university semester dates and availability).

Reporting to the Policy Manager, you will undertake a range of activities to support the Secretariat. Some of the tasks you may be expected to complete include:

  • legal research, including case law and legislative analysis

  • writing research and briefing notes on legal and policy issues

2027 Sydney/Norwest Graduate Program

Role description

Our carefully tailored Graduate Program runs for 12 months commencing in March 2027, where you will experience 6-month rotations in different practice groups. Throughout our Graduate Program, you will be provided with an opportunity to gain exposure to key practice areas across the firm, including a variety of transactional and litigious work, to assist you in determining your direction post Admission.
