Graduate Legal

Role description

As a Graduate, you will be joining the Legal team. Your team is responsible for responsible for providing practical legal advice on a broad range of design matters, procurement matters, supplier governance, disclosure, regulatory compliance, member outcomes, consolidation and restructuring activities and successor fund transfers. The team is also responsible for contributing to the positive risk culture of CFS and being an important contributor to the development of culture within the CFS Group.
 

Legal Administrative Assistant

Role description

This role is designed with flexibility in mind, typically offering 2–3 days per week onsite. As part of our national support team, you’ll receive structured training and develop practical skills that are essential for a future legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist with a variety of legal administrative and secretarial tasks, including:

•    Preparing and collating legal documents, including hyperlinked indexes

•    Editing, formatting, and finalising documents

Legal Executive

Role description
  • Drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements between the Children’s Cancer Institute and external organisations.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Working with the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel to draft or update company policies and procedures.
  • Performing administrative duties and contributing to the overall functions of the team.
  • Conducting legal research into a wide range of areas of law (including commercial, contract, intellectual property, fundraising, privacy)

Paralegal

Role description

We are a very busy, small, boutique firm looking for support from a paralegal in 2026 who is in the 3rd year of their legal studies and above.

The paralegal will support lawyers in commercial, corporate, regulatory and intellectual property related matters. Working closely with the team, you would conduct research, prepare documents for despatch to clients, draft advices and agreements, attend conferences with clients, conduct ASIC and ATMOSS searches and filings, and other legal and paralegal matters. 

Graduate Solicitor

As a Solicitor in the Graduate Development Program, you will participate in a two-year rotational program and gain meaningful legal experience working in three different legal practice groups.
