Role description

The Hon. Justice Mitchelmore is currently considering applications for the role of Tipstaff commencing in January 2028. The position is full-time with an expected duration of 18 months, comprising 12 months as Tipstaff and 6 months as Associate.
The Tipstaff provides administrative support in chambers, performs duties in court, conducts legal research, assists with the preparation of cases, and proofreads draft judgments.
