Paralegal and Administration Support

Role description

You will be providing paralegal and administrative support to lawyers in a boutique corporate immigration law firm.  The position is remote (work from home). however, initial training will be given face to face in our office in Martin Place. You also have the opportunity to attend monthly in person meetings and/or firm events.

We are a paperless office and therefore proficiency with technology is a necessary requirement of the job.  Successful candidates will need experience using a PC as all of our software programs are PC based. Duties Include,

Role description

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing law student or graduate to join our friendly and award-winning team. You will have the opportunity to be trained in all areas of Wills & Estates law including estate planning, estate administration and litigation. You will be mentored by our Director (who is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates), our Senior Associate and other friendly solicitors in our firm. You will also be supported by our Practice Manager.

Tipstaff to the Hon Acting Justice Elkaim

Role description

The Hon A/Justice Elkaim is currently accepting applications for the position of Tipstaff at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. A Tipstaff’s duties include legal research, proof reading and assisting with the preparation of judgments and generally assisting the Judge in the discharge of his Honour’s duties both in and out of Court. The appointment is for one year from mid-January, 2026 to late December 2026.

Junior Lawyer

Role description

We are seeking to recruit junior lawyer to work on general litigation and dispute resolution matters and is interested in working towards building their own client base. Ideally, applicants will be located in Sydney or be willing to relocate.

The role on offer is an entry level position and would best suit applicants who have recently graduated from University and who have completed or are in the process of completing their GDLP.

Role description

We are currently looking for a junior lawyer with approximately 2 years’ experience or senior law student with experience as a paralegal to join our litigation team.  The litigation team deals with workers compensation claims, work injury damage claims, motor vehicle accident, medical negligence and public liability claims, family law, property and parenting disputes and wills and estate disputes.  The team in our Sydney office currently comprises one Director and three very experienced legal secretaries.
