The Corporate Governance and Risk team oversees Council’s Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Risk functions including all frameworks to ensure organisational transparency, accountability and compliance with statutory obligations. The team is responsible in ensuring Council is compliant with the Code of Conduct, Enterprise Risk Management Policy, Public Interest Disclosure Reporting Policy, Fraud and Corruption Control Policy, and Statement of Business Ethics including information and privacy legislation.

The role of the tipstaff is to provide a high level of legal and administrative support to his Honour and involves court work, legal research, assistance in the preparation of judgments, liaising with the Court registry and the legal profession, and other tasks that facilitate the smooth running of his Honour’s chambers.
