Criminal Law Paralegal

Role description
  • Secretarial tasks, such as answering phones, sending emails, photocopying and scanning documents and staffing the front desk.
  • Filing documents.
  • Managing the calendar.
  • Taking notes in conferences with solicitors and barristers.
  • Preparing briefs for counsel.
  • Typing correspondence and advice.
  • Reviewing evidence.
  • Assisting solicitors with the day-day management of their practice.

Family Law Assistant

Role description

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a legal office.  Your duties will include diary management, generating invoices, filing and some welcoming of clients.  You will be working alongside an experienced Administrative Assistant.  Exceptional WP skills, a sense of humour and a good telephone manner will be valued.  As will previous experience of interacting with clients.

A paralegal role is available providing assistance to the firm's principal in all matters of property law, with a heavy emphasis on leasing in addition to conveyancing (commercial and residential).
