Graduate Solicitor

Role description

Paralegal Officer

Role description

The legal team at the Ministry of Health provides legal services to the public health system, the Minister and the Ministry of Health on all areas of law affecting the operation of the NSW health system.

The paralegal officer will perform a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks to support the Legal Officers, including legal research and assisting with litigation.

Role description

We’re seeking a motivated full time Paralegal or Graduate Lawyer with at least 12 months’ property law experience (0–2 years PQE).

If you have not yet attained a law degree, we will consider strong final year law students with attention to detail, who will progress to a graduate role on completion.

Paralegal

Role description

We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our Litigation team. This is a full time permanent role (35 hours per week), but part time will also be considered (either 2 or 3 days), and is ideal for a law student. Located in Martin Place in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support and conducts research in a timely, efficient and professional manner to assist Investigations Solicitors and Litigation Solicitors within PS-LRD.

Canberra Graduate Development Program - 2026

Role description

We are currently seeking Law Graduates to join our Canberra office on the firm's Graduate Development Program commencing in March 2026. As part of this 12-month program, graduates rotate through three different practice areas providing our graduates with an opportunity to learn a range of different skills and find their preferred area of law.        
 
Graduates are able to express preferences for placement areas.    
 

Volunteer Paralegal

Role description

The HIV/AIDS Legal Centre (HALC) is currently looking for volunteer paralegals to join our team for an immediate start. We are also looking for students who wish to complete their PLT placements at HALC on a volunteer basis.
