This role is permanent part time, 3 days per week (Wed - Fri).

Graduate or Junior Lawyer

Role description

Via a series of 8 month rotations, you will work directly with the firm’s partners – Dr Lindsay Taylor, Megan Hawley, Stuart Simington, Katie Mortimer &  Liam Mulligan – along with the firm’s senior and mid-level lawyers. You will be supported by a fully resourced team of business support staff.
You will be able to work across a range of diverse matters, including.
•    development appeals and judicial review in the Land & Environment Court
•    environmental prosecutions

Law Graduate

Role description

An opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate or junior Lawyer to join our Sydney Insurance team supporting Partner, Stephen Vardanega, and Special Counsel, Leah Pryde, in the management of predominantly personal injury (some property damage) matters in the areas of public liability, CTP and professional negligence.

Due to the exciting expansion of our firm, we are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our Commercial practice in Sydney.

The successful candidates will work closely with our partners, lawyers and clients, where they will have hands on experience in Commercial law, with a focus on commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

We will consider candidates with part time working capacity, that are able to commit to at least 3/4 days per week ongoing, including during university semester.
