Law Clerk

Role description

Due to the exciting expansion of our firm, we are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our Commercial practice in Sydney.

The successful candidates will work closely with our partners, lawyers and clients, where they will have hands on experience in commercial law, with a focus on commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

We will consider candidates with part time working capacity, that are able to commit to at least 4 days per week ongoing, including during university semester. 

Law Clerk

Role description
Family Law Chambers requires a law student available to work each Wednesday from 8.30am to 5.30pm to assist with administrative tasks.

Junior Lawyer

Role description
• Taking instructions from injured people; • Drafting Court documents including Damages documents; • Drafting letters to clients and expert medical practitioners; • Legal research (on Australian law)

Graduate/Junior Lawyer

Role description
• Work on media, digital and technology legal matters, including research and advisory. • Work on corporate deals and transactions, including M&A, equity investments and joint ventures for private and public clients • Advise on a broad range of day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, often with an IP focus. • Review and draft a broad range of agreements.
