Law Clerk/Paralegal
We are looking for an applicant that can work part time (preferably 3 days per week), carrying out administration support as well as assisting the solicitors in a diverse number of client matters with planning and control of small to medium litigation matters (70%). Mars Legal conducts high volume of work; requiring the successful applicant to be independent, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organised and have the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.
Legal Clerk
We currently have a position available for a Legal Clerk (Debt Recovery) in our Debt Recovery practice area. You will need to be available and able to work on site in our Sydney City office for 3 days (preference for consecutive days) per week. Core hours for this role are 8:30am to 5:30pm.
As the newest addition to the debt recovery team, you will work with fellow clerks and paralegals and enjoy a down to earth, professional but fun work environment. The team is a hybrid of casual and full time, onsite and remote workers.
Deputy Associate
The Deputy Associate is part of a small team who assist the Judge in the day-to-day management of Chambers and Court. This role also assists with the preparation of Court materials for the judge and involves undertaking legal research and assisting with judgment preparation as required.
