Role description

Working in a collaborative cross-jurisdictional team, the Paralegal & Legal Administrator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, efficient and timely legal services for not-for-profit community organisations and social enterprises across Australia.

As a dynamic, well-organised person with excellent attention to detail and great oral and written communication skills, you will play a central role in the team. You’ll work closely with not-for-profit organisations by phone and email to take clear and comprehensive instructions.

Associate to her Honour Judge Turner

Role description

The Associate’s role is to provide high-level legal and administrative support. The Associate is responsible for managing her Honour’s Chambers and is the first point of contact for all members of the public and the profession. The role encompasses assisting her Honour with complex legal research, drafting, in-court duties, and general day-to-day administrative tasks. 

Her Honour primarily sits in the Sydney Downing Centre but will, on occasion, travel to courts in regional New South Wales for short circuits.

Legal Intern

Role description

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern on a full-time casual basis over the upcoming summer period (3 months from late-November 2025 to late-February 2026) to join our recently established in-house Legal and Risk team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, as a Legal Intern you will provide essential support in day-to-day legal functions whilst having the opportunity to develop your skills with practical exposure.

 Some duties will include but are not limited to:
