Paralegal

Role description
The role is working with the lawyers on commercial, corporate, regulatory and intellectual property related matters. Working closely with the principal and senior lawyer, you would conduct research, prepare documents for despatch to clients, draft advices and agreements, attend conferences with clients, conduct ASIC and ATMOSS searches and filings, and other legal and paralegal matters.

Role description
The firm now requires a Paralegal/Investigation Assistant to support our dynamic and high performing team. The position is part of our legal team. This role supports the lawyers as they provide workplace investigations and employment law advice to a variety of clients across the corporate, education, not-for-profit, and reportable conduct sectors. The tasks may include assisting with legal research and the preparation of legal advice, assistance with workplace investigations and litigation support.
