Role description

As a growing practice, we are seeking a new staff member to join us on a casual basis.  The role will involve working a minimum of 3 days per week with flexible days and hours.  Initially it will be solely based in the office but there is this potential to work from home.

The role will suit an experienced legal secretary/paralegal or alternatively a law student with paralegal experience who wishes to grow with the firm and become a practicing lawyer.

ASSOCIATE TO HIS HONOUR JUDGE ABADEE

Role description

The position of Associate generally entails assisting with the administration of the Court’s business in Court, editing of judgments and some legal research. 

It may be expected that through the year, his Honour will be sitting in certain regional places. By way of example, in 2025, his Honour is sitting in Bathurst, Gosford, Goulburn and Newcastle.

Conveyancer or Paralegal

Practical Legal Trainee
