Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic paralegal to provide legal research, project and administrative support to our team of legal writers.

This is a role for a para-legal or junior solicitor located in Kogarah CBD. The role involves a variety of day-to-day tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and providing support to senior lawyers. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues and assisting with case management tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The firm is looking for a tenacious paralegal. The position would best suit those with experience working in a litigation or professional services environment.

In this role, the successful applicant will assist both barristers in all areas of their practice, including but not limited to drafting and proofreading legal documents (such as case outlines, written submissions for appeal and first instance matters, memorandums of advice), undertaking specific legal research, liaising with instructing solicitors and clients, day-to-day administrative tasks as required, and other assistance with case preparation.
