Role description

As a Paralegal within the Department, you will be a part of a rotating roster across the different teams in Legal Services and may engage in work in a broad range of matters relating to planning, native title, local government and litigation.

With numerous exciting projects being managed across the legal teams, our Paralegals support our lawyers on some of the Department’s most high-profile cases, providing timely and effective legal and administrative support to assist in the delivery of exceptional legal services to our clients.

Legal Intern

Role description

We are looking for candidates to join our market leading dispute resolution practice in Dubai commencing in February, March, June and July 2026 for a period of six-months internship. Your role as a junior member of the practice will be to assist with all aspects of the department’s caseload. An internship in our dispute resolution team will provide access to experienced lawyers and expose you to a wide-range of cross-border work, including some of the most complex, challenging and interesting projects and risk management issues/disputes in the market.

PLT Legal Student/Paralegal

Role description

An exciting opportunity is available for a PLT student or paralegal to be mentored by one of Sydney’s leading personal injury lawyers. This position offers a valuable pathway into the legal profession, ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience and accelerate their development ahead of admission as a solicitor.

This role is particularly suited to students who require their PLT placement to be signed off by a principal of a law firm. You will be working with a growing boutique firm specialising in personal injury law, with a commitment of just 1–2 days per week.
