The Policy, Reform and Legislation Branch sits within the Law Reform and Legal Services Division of the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). The role involves preparing detailed legal memoranda and first drafts of submissions and advices, as well as reviewing and researching academic work, including a legal textbook. This is a high-level legal research and drafting role rather than an administrative position.
