We are ideally looking for a proactive, passionate and results driven Graduate or First Year Lawyer. You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally which will see you managing your own files. We are also open to discussions regarding flexible work.

As our Paralegal - Litigation - Hybrid, you will play a key role in supporting our busy litigation team at BH Lawyers Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This is a part-time 32 hour per week position (flexibility with hours) with the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work. You will assist our experienced lawyers and other paralegals in litigation, from research and document preparation to client communication and trial support.

Due to the exciting expansion of our firm, we are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our Commercial practice in Sydney.

The successful candidates will work closely with our partners, lawyers and clients, where they will have hands on experience in commercial law, with a focus on commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

We will consider candidates with part time working capacity, that are able to commit to at least 4 days per week ongoing, including during university semester.
