Please note you will be manually enrolled in the course and do not need to do so through your myUNSW account.

To accept and secure your place you need to:

• Complete this acceptance form
• Register your overseas travel via UNSW travel registration
• Pay (at least) the non-refundable deposit ($500 AUD) via the Payment Form which has been emailed to you
• Email a copy of your passport or provide your passport to Student Services to be scanned to: n.jez@unsw.edu.au

Deposit Payment, Travel Registration, Passport Copy submission and this acceptance form must ALL be completed by 4pm Monday 4 November 2019.
Final payment is due by 4pm on Monday 11 November 2019.
